Prevention OF Skin Cancer
The following tips can be done to prevent or reduce the risk of skin cancer:
1. Adjust your diet
Adjusting diet meant is to increase the consumption of foods containing high fiber such as vegetables and fruits, reduce fat, avoid junk food, preserved foods, food cooked with roasted until charred, and avoiding smoking and alcohol
2. Use protective
Wear always an umbrella or a hat, UV sunglasses and wear clothes that are covered when it comes to activities in the open during the day. The use of sunblock that is safe and appropriate to the type of skin and skin conditions are also recommended wear during the day, so that no direct sunlight on the skin.
The skin is the outermost part of the body and can immediately be seen by our own or someone else. It is appropriate we try to maintain the health of our skin. It would be a shame if a part of our skin that are visible to people experiencing a problem such as cancer. Special Muslim women, was grateful because Allah has ordered to close the genitals, because one of the causes of cancer ulit is the sun and ultraviolet rays, the body is protected from the clothes skin cancer risk is also small.
